Receipt, handling and transport the equipment for the Bim Son Cement Plant - Transformation of Technology Grinding and Packaging System.

Recently, Vietnam Global Transport Corporation has successfully arranged to receive, handle and transport the first lot of heavy equipment for the Project of Transformation of Technology for the Grinding and Packaging System of Bim Son Cement Plant. The total volume of the lot is approximately 3,000 CBM including the heavy Grinding Table of 95 tons, the Gear Box 110 tons which were received directly from the ocean vessel on to transport barges at Ha Long Anchorage area (Ha Long Roads), Quang Ninh for water transport to Ninh Phuc port, Ninh Binh province where the equipment were discharged on to road transport equipment to transport and delivery at the job site in Bim Son, Thanh Hoa.

The project of transformation of technology for grinding and packaging systems of Vicem Bim Son producing 1.5 millions tons of cement annually will invest following main equipment: Grinding Table with the output of 210 tons/hour for OPC cement or 250 tons/hour for PCB40 cement. One cement silo 5 cabinets with the capability of 30,000 tons. Two packaging machines (under the silos) with the output 02 x 120 tons/hour. One bulk cement output with 150 tons/hour.
