Recently, Vietnam Global Transport Corporation (VGT) has just completed successfully the shifting, transport and hand over 2 units of Container RTG (Mitsui) from Tan Cang Cai Mep Deep Water port, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to Tan Cang Cat Lai, Distict 2, HCM city for Tan Cang Sai Gon (Saigon New Port). The job includes the provision of specific sea-going barge and tug boat, obtaining transport permit for over-dimension cargo on the waterway,the provision of ballast pumps and rampway, the ballast operation, and transport from Cai Mep, Thi Vai to HCM city. This also includes all related calculation such as ballast calculation, barge stability calculation, sea fastening, mooring calculation and tug boat pulling strength as well.

On the recent days, Vietnam Global Transport has just completed a whole-packaged service including import customs clearance, transport and installation for all the equipment for the construction project of Flight Training Center (FTC) of Vietnam Airlines. As the Flight Training Center is locating within the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the transport especially of heavy and over-dimension equipment faced a lot of hindrances. However, the biggest difficulties for the team is on the installation of the equipment since this is the first time these very sensitive equipment of high accucary, sophistication were installed here. Moreover, the works were influenced by the top security and safety required in the area. Overcoming the difficulties, VGT has successfully accomplished the assignment beyond the quality and sooner than the time amount set by the foreign installation supervisors.
