This was a representative heavy equipment transportation project that required close coordination among the technical team, operation team, safety personnel, and route coordination team.<\/p>\n
The shipment consisted of two heavy-duty transformers, classified as industrial heavy equipment requiring specialized transportation solutions. The cargo was received at Hitachi Factory in Bac Ninh and delivered to Dinh Vu Port in Hai Phong.<\/p>\n
For this interprovincial route from Bac Ninh to Hai Phong, VGT developed a suitable transportation plan based on the cargo characteristics, road conditions, factory requirements, and port receiving procedures. The main objective was to ensure that the cargo was transported safely, stably, on schedule, and in full compliance with the client\u2019s technical requirements.<\/p>\n
Transformers are heavy industrial equipment with specific structural characteristics and strict protection requirements during transportation. With a weight of 93 tons per unit, the transport operation required not only suitable heavy-duty vehicles but also careful calculations of load distribution, support points, lashing positions, and cargo stability on the trailer.<\/p>\n
